The Historic Kohukohu Villa (built circa 1840 – 1860) is situated across the road from Kohukohu primary and is easy walking distance to the main centre of town, and the Hokianga Harbour waterfront with all of it’s amenities. This historic grade 2 building is being sensitively restored by Sean & Dee – your hosts.
Wherever your travels take you to in Northland, you can return to enjoy the hospitality of your hosts and a home cooked meal and enjoy some lively conversation with a glass of wine or two.
The guest wing has two double bedrooms and a guest’s bathroom with private access to the media room with large flat screen TV. Both bedrooms have queen beds with tea & coffee making facilities. As there is a shared bathroom facility, bookings are only taken for 2 or more if they are travelling together in the same party. A full scrumptious cooked breakfast is included in your stay.
The property does not suit mobility impaired, children under 12 or pets & while we do endeavour to accommodate all dietary requirements, we are unable to offer any vegan options unfortunately.
